Do you ever watch internet marketing videos and feel distracted?

I certainly do.  Videos are a great way to learn, but often I get restless and unfocussed.

One way to get through the content faster (it’s all about the application of the ideas anyhow)is to use GOMPlayer.

It’s free, plays virtually any media file (including cell phone content)and it can speed up the content.

This is one of the ways Stephen Pierce and Rich Schefren have used to increase thie ability to assimilate and use information.

You just play the file and pres “c” a few times.  Each time you press “c” it increase the speed by a small multiple.  So if you press it once, your video plays at 1.1x the regular speed and so on.  I have found that watching videos on or about 1.6x gets through the video in less than half time.  I am not as distracted, and as a HUGE SIDE BENEFIT, I tend to have to focus on the content a lot more instead of getting distracted and checking out websites as the video plays.

I just finished reading this article on deleting goals. Sometimes it’s the best thing to do. As someone who likes to keep track of everything – even general plans years into the fuutre, in case I lose track of things, this is something I need to do myself.

Please help us welcome our new baby to the world.  (It's our first!)

JACK LOWELL MURRAY was born June 21st, 2008 at 7:31 Atlantic Time.

It was a truly life-changing experience, and we're really looking forward to the challenges and the opportunities that lie ahead.

(Of course, we may not be posting as frequently to our blog for the near future.  All those sleepless nights and all.)  But we will be continuing to post weekly for sure.

But we think the trade-off is worth it!
