Our son Jack is just a couple days past 9 months.

And another exciting breakthrough.

He plays a game with Marie where she makes a funny movement and makes him laugh.  Thye've been doing it for a few weeks.

Now today, was the first day HE made a funny move with his hands to make Marie laugh!

Incredible.

Even when he fell asleep in the Bjorn this evening, he did it a couple times in his sleep.

Wonderful day!

The biggest mistake I see newbies make is lack of focus.

The best thing about the internet is that it allows entrepreneurs to have access to many opportunities that require relatively little startup costs.

And the worst thing is that it's easy to switch gears.

The key is just having focus and discipline to stick with one thing.  You'll get so much accomplished paradoxically by doing less.
